Why Humo deposits are convenient

Frequent errors

Your Humo card needs SMS notifications or push notifications via the banking app to be switched on. If your phone number has changed, update it at the bank. Entering the code incorrectly several times may temporarily suspend online payments on the card.

The bank declined the payment

There are various reasons: insufficient funds, an exhausted online payment limit, an expired card, or the bank restricting this type of payment under its own policy. In that case, contact your bank to find out why. Don't try to pay through someone else's card or a "middleman".

The payment is stuck on "pending"

Wait up to 30 minutes. If the status doesn't change, take a screenshot of the payment receipt in your banking app and send it to the bookmaker's support team.
